Agilityfocus Consulting LLP started its consulting journey in May 2021, headquartered in Bangalore, India. Our coaches worked in various domains and have expertise in Agile transformation consulting, Agile and Leadership Training, Art and Science of Facilitation, Leadership Coaching, Team coaching, Mentoring (Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Leadership), Professional coaching (One to One). Coaching
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
There would be a situation where you want to make a significant change in life, and you are not able to. That’s when a coah can help you think and explore to unlock your fullest potential. We work together to identify where you are stuck, bring clarity your goals, develop an action plan and provide necessary support to help you to reach them. Coach holds safe space for you to reflect, self-reflect, think, speak and to be you. We respect for what you are and all the conversations are confidential.
Training and Mentoring
Talk to Agilityfocus, if you are keen on getting your employees/team trained on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Role based training program (We have training programs designed for Scrum master, Product Owner, Agile Leader).
And our approach is to support all our participants for 3 months after attending our training programs. Participants get access to our mentoring services. This would help them to practice in real time environment, inspect and adapt with feedback from mentor and from workshop peers.

Facilitation
The Institute of Cultural Affairs defines Facilitation as “It is a set of skills to be used in working with a group, enabling and supporting them to achieve their objectives in a way that involves and respects all contributions, builds ownership and releases the potential of the group and its members. It helps differentiate between process and content”.

Our facilitation helps individuals to collaborate and work as a team to achieve the purpose/outcomes. We do provide 2 days facilitation workshop (Aligned with ICP-ATF learning objectives) and mentor aspiring facilitators to practice facilitation competencies.
